ABOUT: A group of Amateur Radio operators promoting high speed(1) Wireless networking using low cost commercial devices ‘flashed’ with open source firmware in the Miami Valley (‘Greater Dayton’). Specifically the devices supported by the Amateur Radio Emergency Data Network(2) firmware.

The purpose of the alliance is to promote a resilient high speed network supporting emcomm/auxcomm applications such as, but not limited to: IP (video) telephones, IP cameras, chat servers, file servers, web based services, … Anything that can be transported using the internet can be transported by this network.

Currently (02-13-2018) this network that was born in the Beavercreek- Bellbrook area has spread into Huber Heights, Vandalia, and East Kettering.
